The Citrus Tree - Queen ensuite:
Nov 2024 to the end of May 2025 - $325 per night
The Grapevine - King or Twin shared bathroom:
Nov 2024 to the end of May 2025 - $295 per night
The Olive Grove - Single shared bathroom, $175.00
The Cherry Tree - Queen shared bathroom:
Nov 2024 to the end of May 2025 - $285 per night

Payment options: Internet banking 48 hours prior to arrival (most prefered) or cash on arrival.
Bank account details will be provided once we confrim your booking.

Off Peak Rates applicable from 1st June - 30th September : 5% discount applies.

Cancellation Policy:
10% of the room rate will be charged if cancellation is within 48 hours of arrival. Total room rate will be charged for a no-show.

“Marlborough District Council regulations limit the total number of paying guests we can allow to stay on any given night. We monitor the bookings & guest numbers and block off availability to remaining rooms once Council limits have been reached.”
